◆ハンドメイド作品について
・ひとつひとつ手作業で仕上げているため、色味や形に個体差がある場合がございます。
・経年により色あせなどが出ることもございます。変化も楽しんでいただけたら嬉しいです。
・樹脂製のため、落下などの強い衝撃で破損する可能性がございます。
・繊細な塗装仕上げのため、摩擦やひっかきに弱く、強いこすれにより塗装剥がれが生じることがあります。
・防水ニスでコーティングしておりますが、完全防水ではありません。
水濡れや長時間の湿気は避けてご使用ください。
お取り扱いの際は、やさしく丁寧にお願いいたします

◆発送・配送について
・ご入金確認後、土日祝を除いて３日以内に発送いたします（イベント時、年末年始、お盆休みなどはもう少しお時間をいただく場合があります）。

この作品は3cm以上の厚みがあるため、クリックポストが使えません

配送方法は3種類からお選びいただけます

■ 定形外郵便（規格外）
・送料目安：220円～（重さにより変動）
・追跡なし／補償なし
・ポスト投函・土日祝の配達なし

⚠️紛失や破損等が発生した場合、再送や返金などの対応ができかねます。
リスクをご了承いただいたうえでご選択ください。

■ レターパックプラス
・送料：全国一律600円
・追跡あり／手渡しでのお届け
プレゼントなど、確実に受け取りたい方にはこちらがおすすめです！

■ 宅急便コンパクト
地域別送料＋専用BOX代（70円）
追跡あり／補償あり（上限3万円）／対面手渡し
万が一の補償が必要な方や、配送の安全性を重視される方はこちらをご利用ください。
※専用BOX代がかかるため、送料は720円〜940円程度になることがあります。

◆返品・キャンセルについて
・基本的に お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。
　（例：「イメージと違った」「サイズを間違えた」「間違って注文した」など）

・作品に不備があった場合（破損・誤送など）は、誠に恐れ入りますが商品到着後4日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。
　できる限り丁寧に対応させていただきます。

・ハンドメイドの特性上、以下の場合は「不良品」としての対応はいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください：
　- わずかな歪みや色ムラ
　- パーツの配置や仕上がりの個体差
　- モニター環境による色味の違い

・オーダー品・セミオーダー品につきましては制作開始後のキャンセル・返品は不可となります。

Before placing an order, please kindly read the following information and make sure you are comfortable with the terms.

◆About our handmade items
Each item is individually handcrafted, so there may be slight variations in color, shape, or finish.

Due to the nature of the materials, some fading or aging may occur over time. We hope you enjoy these natural changes.

As the item is made from resin, it may break if dropped or subjected to strong impact.

The delicate painted surface is vulnerable to friction and scratches, which may result in peeling.

Although coated with a water-resistant varnish, the item is not waterproof.
Please avoid exposing it to water or high humidity for prolonged periods.
Please handle gently with care.

◆Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order within 3 business days after confirming payment.
(Please allow extra time during holiday periods such as New Year's, Obon, and exhibition seasons.)

Since this item exceeds 3 cm in thickness, it cannot be shipped via standard letter-size mail (e.g., Click Post).

You may choose from the following shipping methods:

■ Standard Airmail (non-tracked / uninsured)
Estimated cost: from 220 yen (varies by weight)
No tracking / No insurance
Delivered to mailbox / No delivery on weekends or holidays

⚠️ We cannot provide replacements or refunds for lost or damaged parcels with this method. Please select at your own risk.

■ Letter Pack Plus
Flat rate: 600 yen (within Japan)
Tracking available / Hand-delivered
Recommended for those who want safer delivery or are sending gifts.

■ Yamato Compact Delivery (Takkyubin Compact)
Regional shipping fee + box fee (70 yen)
Shipping cost ranges from 720 to 940 yen, depending on destination.
Tracking & insurance available (up to 30,000 yen) / Hand-delivered

⚠️ We recommend Yamato or Letter Pack Plus for orders of 4 items or more.

◆International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly from our shop.
However, if you have a friend, family member, or forwarding service with a Japanese address, we are happy to ship your order there.

If you’d like to use this option, please make sure to enter the Japanese shipping address at checkout.

◆Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference.
(e.g. "different than expected," "ordered the wrong item," etc.)

If the item arrives damaged or we made a shipping error, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.
We will do our best to assist you.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following cases due to the handmade nature of the product:

*Slight misalignment, uneven finishes, or color variation
*Subtle differences in parts or layout
*Color discrepancies due to monitor/display differences

Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has started.
